Fractional Controller and ERP Services
Accountable Bean's staff provides fractional controllership and ERP implementation services for it's clients.
I am the principle and founder of the firm, Holly Dunn.
During my time as a corporate controller, I have established solid financial strategies and solutions to solve complex business needs in the areas of financial planning, forecasting, mergers and acquisitions, as well as pro forma. I have allocated, planned, monitored, and analyzed multi-million-dollar operating and project budgets. I have contributed to and led the financial growth of companies from $1.2M to over $12M in annual revenue. In addition, I helped form multiple non-profits. During my latest position, I was instrumental in the approval of the 501c3. Once we had the approval, I administered the grant reports, budgets and auditing.
My duties as head of accounting/finance was not only producing financial reports and recording activity but was also to provide strong strategic financial advice and consultation to the other Executives, Board Members and Stakeholders.
I have partnered with business owners and management to develop and execute financial strategies to drive the business forward, grow revenue, and boost the corporate brand. I use a collaborative approach with analysis, accountability, and fiscal responsibility when making business decisions which impacts the entire organization.
At Blum Shapiro, a CPA firm on the east coast, I was a member of a small consulting practice. During my time there I helped to sell, implement and support our clients on Sage 100. I have also worked for Sage as a certified trainer. I led live classroom training on the core modules during my time there.
